Key Differences
🚀 Get Started in Minutes, Not Days
Dubsado is notorious for its steep learning curve. Many users report spending weeks setting it up. PlannerDay is designed for simplicity - you can be sending contracts and invoices within minutes of signing up.
📅 Timeline Builder Included
PlannerDay includes a powerful event timeline builder that Dubsado lacks entirely. Create detailed day-of schedules that you can share with clients and vendors.
🇬🇧 Built for UK Businesses
While Dubsado is US-focused, PlannerDay is built from the ground up for UK and European event professionals. Native GBP, UK tax handling, and GDPR compliance.
💬 Better Support
Dubsado support is email-only with long wait times. PlannerDay offers faster, more responsive support to help you when you need it.
